I absolutely loved photographing Maggie and Scot (twice!) for their engagement session. Yes, twice, because during our first session we dealt with a slight interruption. As we were having a blast shooting by Standley Lake in Westminster, CO, we got kicked out by a park security officer because we were not allowed to have Scot's Harley Davidson parked in the park, even if it was turned off. Maggie then mentioned the incredible ranch that her parents own and decided it would be a perfect location to complete the session. As we're about to leave to head over to the ranch, Maggie can't find her car keys. They were lost. We searched, we asked around... but nothing. We decided together to call it quits and resume the session on another date. And we did..
As soon as I walked onto the property I noticed the beautiful greenery and lush trees, colorful barns and horse stalls, and a wide open field with running horses. But in addition to the incredible location, Maggie and Scot made it even better. Their natural and laid-back attitudes were so easy to work with and with little direction I captured them dancing, laughing, hugging, and kissing as they pleased..
Congrats Maggie and Scot, I look forward to capturing your wedding!
